Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp, a Canadian actor and actress is famous for her roles as the main character on a number of TV programs as well as her outstanding performances in films. The audience for her work is the world of Canadian as well as American TV. Emily began to become interested in performing arts when she was in her 12th grade. When she was 12, Emily visited her elder sister Katie at the film set. After discovering her enthusiasm in the world of acting, Emily enrolled in classes to learn about it and started to audition. She started out with a few ads and soon was included in the show Are You afraid of the Dark the Canadian horror film for children. One scene in which she was not even speaking a word. Emily, who is also an artist and ballerina, was praised by Teen magazine as one of the best actresses younger than 20. Maxim listed her at 51 on its Hot 100 of 2014.
